If you are seeking employment, vocational training, or would like to apply for a small loan from MOLSA, you may do so online or in-person at the MOLSA location in Baghdad (that is the only location you may apply in-person).

To apply online:
1. Visit the MOLSA Mihan site: https://lvtd.gov.iq/mihan.
2. On the right side, see links for Job Seekers, Private Sector or Training Centers.
3. If you click on "Job Seeker", you will be directed to Mihan's services and how to register online.
4. Click on "create an account for job seeker" and fill out your information. Make sure that all information is correct and upload any required documents. Your account will be connected with your phone number. Once your account is created, your information will be verified by MOLSA. Once your account is verified, your account will be activated.
5. You will receive a text message notification on your phone, after which you can change your password, upload your resume, and apply for available jobs and training courses on the platform.
