The Social Protection Authority was established under Law No. (11) of 2014, which contributes salaries to families and individuals who are below the poverty line. If an individual falls under one of the categories listed below, they can register online through the My Umbrella Platform:

1. People with disabilities and special needs.
2. Widows, divorcees, abandoned wives of missing persons, unmarried adult girls, and single women.
3. People with disabilities
4. Orphans
5. Families of inmates or detainees if their sentence exceeds one year
6. Beneficiaries in state shelters.
7. Sentenced juveniles whose sentence exceeds one year.
8. Married students until they graduate from high school
9. Families without income or whose income is below the poverty line.
